Bobby Hull

Was reading up familiarizing myself with the sport of hockey. ..my BF is a sports fan and this is one sport I cannot relate to...anyways I was noticing that Bobby Hull was mentioned repeatedly! SO obviously he must be good...so I start reading about him specifically and I realize he's good but there are probably some better! Can anyone explain to me why this man is considered legendary in hockey and sports in general! No really!
